Depending in part on how much competition there is for housing in your area, there may not be a great need to make your property “ready for showings.” It does not have to be perfect if there is low inventory in your price point.
If it does need some fix-up, we have resources to assist you in getting this done. Or you may choose to price the property according to it’s present condition and sell it “as is condition”.
