Complimentary Offer Kit

Ideally, when a buyer is ready to move forward, you have an email ready to go. We call this your OFFER KIT. This is part of the program we provided at the University of Missouri, St. Louis. For more insights, visit www.buyermatchmaker.com/fsbo. I was the co-creator of this course with a loan officer. We helped hundreds of families sell their property on their own.

Procedures for earnest money

Contingencies if there will be financing

Contingencies if there will be inspections

How to handle items that may be included or excluded

A blank sale contract (if you don't have one, we can provide you a sample)

Disclosure statements (some are optional, some are required depending on your area and age of property)

SUMMARY

The document in the email we sent you is a WORD document, so you can modify it any way you would like. Keep in mind that while you may be familiar with the process, the buyer may not. When people are hesitant, they often resist moving forward. This process builds rapport and trust with the buyer.

You can do this! I would encourage you to reach out to several loan officers about their pre-approved buyer pool. Their interest will be in securing you as a client for your next purchase and or securing the financing for the buyer of your property; however, ideally, the LO has a buyer that is a match for your property.
